As part of its diverse and multi-faceted Managed Services, Peak Technologies also provides a variety of comprehensive Repair Services to ensure any faulty or malfunctioning devices are identified, triaged and repaired to ensure they’re ready to redeploy into mobility infrastructure. Our enterprise Repair Services are here to support your organisation with an agreed SLA (service level agreement) in place to suit your unique repair needs.

In-House Repairs

Peak Technologies will repair a large array of hardware devices, including legacy products that have been deemed End of Service/End of Life by the OEM. These repairs are performed within a standard five working day SLA

OEM Repairs

Manufacturer repairs can be processed through Peak Technologies. We’ll manage the RMA (return merchandise authorisation), so you can ship your faulty device directly to the manufacturer for repair. If any staging is required post-repair, Peak Technologies will take care of this then ship the fixed and tested device direct to your organisation.

On-Site Repairs

For those customers who experience faults with their printer hardware, our printer specialists will visit your site and triage and fix the problems so your business-critical processes can get back on track with the minimum of downtime. This service includes large desktop printers.

The last few months have been incredibly exciting for our organization.  In early April, we changed ownership to Sole Source Capital, an experienced private equity company focused on the industrial services market and committed to our growth. With Sole Source’s support, we have added tremendous capabilities, resources, and industry expertise to the Peak portfolio through the acquisition of three companies in the last 60 days. 

Along with these exciting developments comes a renewed sense of commitment and purpose. To celebrate this exciting new chapter, we wanted to use this opportunity to reflect on our past, while looking forward to the future.  We are extremely pleased to announce that we have changed our company name to Peak Technologies Ltd. 

For many of our long-time customers, this is a return to the company name that had been in place since our founding in 1981.  When we merged with Ryzex in 2011, we combined our names to symbolize the union of two industry leaders.  But over the last few years, we have become ONE Peak, added additional capabilities, battled through a pandemic together, and feel that the time is now to re-brand the company as we look forward to the future.
