Our Project Management service includes the full spectrum of oversight & support, including:
Initial Concept – Coordinate a project kick-off meeting with key stakeholders in the business.
Project Coordination – Coordinate all project tasks and manage both internal & external resources.
Project Management – Track the project according to the project plan to ensure it remains on track.
Regular Reporting – Provide regular progress reports against the project plan.
Variance Accountability – Record any variances/deviations from the project plan.
Issue Resolving – Promptly record and resolve problems, issues, & open items.
Customer Approval – Acquire customer approval for any and all changes.
Budget Reporting – Monitor actual vs. budget (estimates) as it applies to timing and costs.
Deliverable Sign-Off – Acquire sign-off on all deliverables into the project.
Project Status – Document and report project status (customer and Peak-Ryzex).
Final Project Sign-Off – Facilitate project acceptance testing and overall project acceptance.
Managed Service Contract – Transition to Managed Service support.
